The colour may differ from the photo. The photos provided on the site serve as an installation reference. For the slats to lay straight, you need a perfectly flat surface.

Installation. When you buy an ARTVOOM product, you get additional scotch tape in the kit and installation guidelines. For rented apartments, you can buy 3M transparent double-sided tape.
But also, if you have a wall of wood or plaster, they can be installed using a nail gun (if you have). In this case, you can then easily remove them and rearrange them to another place, so as not to destroy the wall. Please let us know in the comments with your order, so we do not include the scotch tape in the parcel.

How to calculate the number of slats that you need?
Narrow slat size is - 30mm / 1.18 in / 0.098 ft
1 set/box without spacer gaps - 0.35 square meter / 542.5 sq in / 3.7 sq ft
1 set/box with 10 mm spacer gaps - 0.46 sq.m. / 713 sq in / 4.95 sq ft
1 set/box with 20 mm spacer gaps - 0.58 sq.m. / 899 sq in / 6.2 sq ft
1 set/box with 30 mm spacer gaps - 0.7 sq.m. / 1085 sq in / 7.5 sq ft
To find out how many sets you need, divide the square of the wall by the length with the indent.
With these measurements, you can see an approximate design of your wall.

Previously installed slats and custom (engraving) colours are non-refundable!!!!!!
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 2-10 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which does not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday do not count as a part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes and each has its own term.

- International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.
- We take full responsibility for our products, for its shipping, delivery and in case of damage during delivery or loss (after certain term of your type of shipping) we can send you a new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)

Please NOTICE that due to big dimensions of the package you will pay customs and import taxes.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
