PRODUCT

1. Do you sell the dresser/furniture too?
No. We only sell decorative panels, overlays, wall panels, lighting, and decor pieces. The IKEA furniture itself is not included.

2. What is included in the order?
The package contents depend on the specific product. Furniture overlays usually come with pre-applied double-sided tape for easy installation. Wall panels, lighting products, and other items may have different packaging contents, which are always listed in the product description.

3. Are these stickers?
No. These are not vinyl stickers or plastic film. Our panels are made from real wood veneer and usually include double-sided tape on the back for easy installation.

4. Is this real wood?
Yes. The front side of our panels is made from real natural oak veneer or alder veneer depending on the selected color. This is real wood texture — not printed laminate or fake painted wood imitation.

5. Is this plywood / HDF / PVC / fake wood?
No. We do not use PVC, plastic imitation wood, cheap laminate films, or low-quality decorative materials. We use real natural wood veneer.

6. Why are the edges darker?
Darker edges are a normal result of cutting natural wood materials during production. This is a normal characteristic of real wood panels. For white finishes, please note that due to the natural wood texture and production process, the color will never look like perfectly flat industrial white plastic.

7. How thick are the panels?
Most furniture panels are approximately 4 mm thick. The double-sided tape adds approximately 1 mm. The total thickness is usually around 5 mm.

8. Can I use these on non-IKEA furniture?
Yes. We frequently create panels for other furniture brands and custom projects. Since furniture sizes vary between brands, custom sizing often works best.

9. Will this fit my IKEA dresser?
Please always double-check your exact model name and dimensions before ordering. Sizes may vary between the US, Canada, and Europe.

10. Will this fit US / Canadian / European IKEA versions?
Sizes may vary depending on your region. If you're unsure, send us the width and height of your drawer front and we'll verify compatibility.

11. Are the dimensions listed on the IKEA website enough?
Not always. IKEA often lists the overall external furniture dimensions. We need the exact measurements of the drawer front or door front. We recommend measuring manually using a ruler or measuring tape.

12. How important are accurate measurements?
Very important. We use high-precision production equipment, so manual measurements are always recommended.

13. Can I order panels for wardrobes or custom sizes?
Yes. Simply send us the width and height of the surface you want to upgrade.

14. Can I order panels for kitchen cabinets?
Yes. We frequently create custom kitchen projects.

15. Can I order panels for nightstands or other furniture?
Yes. If your furniture model isn't listed in our shop, simply send us your dimensions.

INSTALLATION

16. How are the panels installed?
Most panels are installed using double-sided tape. For more permanent installation, some customers also use adhesive glue.

17. Do I need tools?
In most cases, no. Tools may only be needed if you want to trim or modify the panels yourself.

18. Can renters use these panels?
Yes. Many renters use our panels. Removal results depend on the surface type.

19. What type of tape do you use?
We use original 3M double-sided tape — one of the most reliable options on the market. Foam tape is typically used for wall panels. Acrylic tape is typically used for furniture panels. Some customers also choose micro pins instead of tape if they want removable installation.

20. Can I trim the panels myself?
Yes. In many cases, panels can be carefully trimmed using a standard sharp utility knife. Please be careful during installation.

21–40 Shipping / Taxes / Returns / Colors / Custom

SHIPPING

21. Where do you ship from?
We manufacture and ship all orders from Ukraine. Despite the current situation in the country, our production and shipping operations remain stable. We regularly ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and many other countries.

22. How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days, and are usually shipped by day 3–4. The delivery estimates shown on Etsy often include extra buffer time. Large custom orders may take slightly longer.

23. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 5–12 business days after dispatch depending on your country. Delays may occasionally happen due to customs or local carriers.

24. Can shipping be expedited?
Yes. In some cases we can offer faster shipping options. Please send us your country and postal code for verification.

25. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide.

26. When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers usually appear after the package enters the international shipping system. Sometimes updates may take a few days.

27. Why is my tracking not updating immediately?
International shipments often pass through multiple sorting centers. Tracking updates may appear with delays.

TAXES / CUSTOMS

28. Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
This depends on your country. United States: Most orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so customers usually do not pay additional taxes upon delivery. Europe: Orders below 135 EUR often have VAT collected directly through Etsy during checkout. Orders above 135 EUR may require additional customs payments. Canada: Additional taxes are more common and are usually paid by the buyer.

29. Who pays customs fees?
Customs fees are determined by your country's regulations. If additional payments are required, they are paid by the buyer.

30. Is customs tax the same as shipping cost?
No. Shipping costs are already paid separately. Customs taxes are additional government fees required by your country.

CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS

31. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 2 days after purchase if they have not been shipped yet. Once the package has been collected by the courier, international shipments cannot be stopped. In that case, you may wait for delivery and request a return according to our return policy.

32. Can I return my order?
Yes. Items can be returned if they have not been installed and meet our return policy requirements. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

33. How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days after delivery to return your order. A tracking number is required for all returns.

34. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us and send photos. If the external box appears heavily damaged, please avoid opening it if possible and contact us immediately.

COLORS / SAMPLES

35. Why does the color look different from the photos?
Colors may appear different depending on lighting, camera settings, filters, and your screen.

36. What's the difference between Natural Oak and Light Natural Wood?
Natural Oak is real oak veneer with a clear finish. Light Natural Wood is a lighter shade made using alder veneer.

37. What's the difference between Walnut, Rosewood, and Wenge?
All of these finishes use real oak veneer. The difference is the stain color.

38. Can I order samples?
Yes. We offer samples. We do not profit from samples — customers usually only cover material and shipping costs.

CUSTOM ORDERS

39. Can you create fully custom designs?
Yes. For custom orders, we need: quantity, installation location, width, height, color, and pattern/type of panels. Once we receive this information, we can prepare a custom quote.

40. Can I see a mockup before production?
Yes.

WALL PANELS / SLATS

41. What’s the difference between wall panels and slats?

Slats are one type of our wall panels. We offer classic slats, as well as other wall panel designs such as waves, chevrons, geometric patterns, ovals, half circles, and other decorative styles.

42. How many slat boxes do I need?

The quantity depends on your wall width, wall height, and spacing between slats. Simply send us your wall dimensions and we’ll help calculate the correct amount.

43. What spacing options are available between slats?

We offer multiple spacing options depending on the design.

Examples include:

  • 10 mm (0.39 inches)
  • 20 mm (0.78 inches)
  • 25 mm (0.98 inches)
  • 50 mm (1.97 inches)

44. Can I shorten slats myself?

Yes. Many customers trim slats themselves using a sharp utility knife. Please do this carefully.

45. Can you make longer slats?

A standard package includes 24 slats, each measuring 495 mm (19.5 inches) long. We can also produce slats up to 100 cm (39.3 inches) without additional cost. The maximum length we currently offer is 128 cm (50.4 inches). Longer slats may increase shipping costs.

46. Can I install panels in a bathroom?

We do not recommend installing panels in areas with constant moisture exposure.

47. Can I install panels on a closed balcony?

Yes. As long as the area is protected from direct moisture exposure.

48. Can these panels be used as a headboard?

Yes.

Many customers use our panels for headboard projects.

LIGHTING

49. How does the chandelier arrive?

The chandelier arrives disassembled for safer shipping.

50. Is a cable included?

Yes. Most chandeliers include a cable that is typically 1–1.5 meters (39–59 inches) long depending on the model.

51. Can I order a longer cable?

At the moment, we do not offer custom cable lengths. However, you can easily purchase a longer cable from your local electrical store.

52. How much does the chandelier weigh?

Weight depends on the model size. Larger models typically weigh around 6–8 kg (13–18 lbs).

53. Do I need an electrician to install the chandelier?

If you do not have electrical installation experience, we recommend hiring a professional electrician.
