SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PREPARATION
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-3 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which does not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday do not count as a part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes and each has its own term.
During the holiday season, we are experiencing high volumes of orders. If your order takes longer to process then expected - don't hesitate to email us at: admin@artvoom.com and we will update you on the status of your order.
SHIPPING
Postal Services: UPS, USPS, Ukrposhta, FedEx, Novaposhta, Royal Mail, DPD, DHL.
All parcels are sent with a tracking number.
NOTICE:
- International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.
- We take responsibility for our products, for their shipping, delivery till the moment the parcel has left Ukraine and in case of damage during the delivery or loss (after a certain time of your type of delivery) your parcel is insured by the Delivery Company . In the case of receiving a damaged parcel, contact us as soon as possible.
- Our products have the highest quality. We pay careful attention to the details of all our items. And we so adore and love the process of making wooden things just for you and that’s why all of our goods so amazing!
CUSTOMS TAXES
Please note that some countries may impose customs and import taxes on packages you bring in. Some countries have a low threshold for customs importation. The amount of taxes depends on your country's laws.
We are not responsible for them.
