SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PREPARATION

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are prepared and dispatched on business days only (Monday through Friday). Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Custom and personalized orders may occasionally require additional preparation time. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using trusted international shipping providers and their delivery partners. Depending on the destination country, package dimensions, and shipping method selected at checkout, we may use carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, Nova Post, Ukrposhta, Royal Mail, DHL, and other local delivery partners.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Please note that Nova Post, Ukrposhta, and other shipping providers may cooperate with local delivery partners in different countries. As a result, some international shipments may have more than one tracking number. This is a normal part of the international delivery process and allows your order to be transferred efficiently between carriers until it reaches its final destination.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Standard Shipping

  • Free of charge
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days

Expedited Express Shipping

  • Additional charge: $30 USD
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Express shipping is generally fulfilled through expedited services provided by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Nova Post Express, depending on availability and the destination country.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. Customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.


CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

United States

Orders shipped to the United States are sent with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP). No additional import charges are expected upon delivery.

European Union and Other Countries

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding possible import charges for your destination country, please feel free to contact us at admin@artvoom.com. We are always happy to help and will do our best to provide guidance based on our shipping experience.


LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and products received.

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on the part of Artvoom, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement of the item or another suitable solution.
