RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We sincerely hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from Artvoom. However, we understand that situations may arise where you wish to request a return or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted, especially for personalized or custom-made products.

Returns

Eligible standard products may be returned within 14 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

Please contact us at admin@artvoom.com before initiating any return. We review each request individually and will provide the appropriate return instructions based on your location and the condition of the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized products;
• Custom-made products manufactured to the customer’s specifications;
• Products marked as Final Sale;
• Products from designated non-returnable collections.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.

Returns from the United States

Unopened items located in the United States may be eligible for return to our partner warehouse in the USA, subject to prior approval.

Opened items or items requiring inspection may need to be returned to Ukraine.

Returns from Europe and Other Countries

Returns from Europe and other international destinations are generally processed through our facility in Ukraine. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on the part of Artvoom, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement of the item or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
